Your Steps to Success
We are proud that we nurture and develop talent almost exclusively from within. Throughout the process you'll experience standardised assessments and an interviewing framework; all designed to identify your unique capabilities and provide a comprehensive overview of your skills, experiences and abilities.

We use online assessments to measure skills and accomplishments that generally do not emerge from conventional interviews. These assessments are critical as they help determine if it is equally beneficial for you to continue with the hiring process.
3. Initial Interview
We use behavioural-based interviews to get to know the real you. What makes you tick? What have you accomplished so far? What do you hope to accomplish in the future? This is also your opportunity to learn all about us. We believe in two-way communication, so when you reach this stage of the process, feel free to ask away.
4. Final Interviews
In addition to some behavioural-based interviews, we'll have more final interviews to go into greater detail about your particular skills and capabilities. Taking place either on campus or on-site at P&G, it's also your opportunity to get a more in-depth understanding of our unique culture, values and the endless opportunities that exist.
5. Your Offer and Your Future
If you have been successful during the first four steps of the interview process and proven that you have a lot to offer, we will offer you a position.
