“Marketing unleashed: empowering people to drive innovation and results” was the title of Jim Stengel’s presentation to The American Chamber of commerce in Egypt. Jim Stingel, Global Marketing officer of Procter & Gamble, visited Egypt within a tour in the region that included as well giving lecture at the IAA in Dubai, and then going to South Africa.
Stengel comes with 23years of marketing experience with Procter & Gamble, one of the top companies in the industry field worldwide. Due to this long and fruitful experience, the Company was named “Marketer of the Year 2005”.
Mr. Stengel discussed how a strong focus on unleashing people’s potential internally and externally has triggered a new passion for the consumer and shopper within Procter & Gamble’s marketing organization. He explained how this culture is cultivated in the day-to-day work between the marketing team and other functions in the company as well as with the advertising agencies. He shared live examples demonstrating the fruits of that work and its help in improving the lives of world consumers.
This contribution came under Procter & Gamble’s worldwide theme of “Touching lives…Improving life”.
