The Procter & Gamble Commercial Company (P&GCC) was established in Puerto Rico in 1947 to manage local business, sales, marketing and distribution. The scope of our work now spans the entire American continent. Our local business teams are responsible for the development of ethnic business for the U.S. and Canada, as well as the sales, marketing and distribution of P&G products in Puerto Rico.

The Multicultural Business Development Organization develops integrated, multibrand marketing and customer plans to drive growth among Hispanic consumers in key North American markets. The Puerto Rico Customer Business Development and Operations Organization creates, develops and maintains business relationships with our customers.

Our operations are tailored to the needs of our consumers and their environment, but our business philosophy, operating principles and management skills strongly resemble those of the parent company.
