Employee Education Plan

We reimburse employees for tuition, registration, and laboratory fees (up to certain limits) for approved, job-related courses that you successfully complete. We reimburse employees through our Technical Education Plan for tuition, registration, and laboratory fees (up to certain limits) for approved engineering, physical, or life science courses that are successfully completed. We grant 125 scholarships a year to the children of eligible P&G employees on a competitive basis through the P&G Fund Scholarship Program. We match your gifts to institutions of higher education on a two-dollar-for-one basis through the P&G Matching Gift Program.
