Beginnings After you've accepted our offer, you're enrolled into our onboarding program, called "P&G Beginnings." This program is designed to help new employees begin a career with P&G, and is linked to our innovative Company history. While deployment will vary by region, the program includes four fundamental phases.
Initiate Get information you need between accepting the job offer and your first day of employment. That includes access to our Beginnings Web site and some pre-hire paperwork that you need to complete.
Engage Get information relevant to your first days on the job including Company history; our Purpose, Values and Principles; and a discussion of plans and benefits.
Connect P&G Beginnings furthers understanding of Corporate priorities and subsequent Business Unit strategies and plans, teaching your Function's direction, as well as helping you network with other new employees.
Empower We "pass you the torch" to begin leading the Company's future direction. A complete understanding of our purpose and values will guide you as you change P&G in large and small ways over the course of your career.
