Let's get together

After accessing your application and determining your P&G success potential, we begin the interview stage of our process. We invite candidates best fitting with P&G's business needs to interview.

This first interview is a one-on-one opportunity for us to learn more about you. This conversation gives us insight into your capabilities and personality, and gives you the chance to ask P&G questions, too.

Our questions are focused around P&G success factors, the attributes that many of the most successful people demonstrate in business. These success factors revolve around your thinking and analysis skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and respond to changing opportunities.

Tips & Hints If you're invited to interview, you may receive an invitation for a "Day Visit" (or "Site Visit"), which is the next phase of our selection process. Either way, we'll be in touch with you. Meanwhile, brush up on your interviewing skills and prepare to talk your experiences by taking one of our online courses.
What Would You Do
  1. Think of an example in which teamwork made a big difference to the outcome of a situation. What did you learn and how would you apply that experience to P&G?
  2. Think of a time when you threw out your current way of doing things and took a new approach. Why did it happen? What did you do to get results?
  3. Think of an example when your ability to think, imagine and analyze made a difference. What was the impact? Why?
