Point of View

How do you know if you’re right for P&G?
P&G people have a number of characteristics in common. We call these our Success Drivers, the competencies that define how our people succeed in today's business environment. Anchored by our PVP (Purpose, Values and Principles), these Success Drivers are the characteristics for how we measure performance in the company, the basis for our development and career systems and the attributes we will look for in you. They are the attitudes and behaviors on which to further build your and our success.

For more details, click: (Links open in new browser window.)

No matter what function you join or what type of role you play at P&G, these Success Drivers are the things you need to be successful.

When you start your P&G career, there are four organizations you could be assigned to, depending on your function and P&G's business need. Within each of those organizations are small, focused business teams. When you accept a job with us, you'll work as part of a business team to help make the circle that represents P&G complete.
