Are you interested in experiencing what a Researcher at P&G does? Try an Internship or Co-op assignment and find out for yourself. Joining P&G as an Intern or Co-op gives you insight into the many different types of roles available to you all within P&G.

As a Researcher Intern or Co-op at P&G, you will have the opportunity to put your classroom learning to work and experience, first-hand, how you can use your Science or Engineering Technology degree in Corporate America. You will also be challenged to use your knowledge and experience to develop R&D solutions that allow P&G to continue to win in the marketplace and improve the lives of the world’s consumers everyday.

Researcher Intern and Co-op positions are available in all areas of the Company and placement is based on interest, availability and business need. See just a few of the current projects our Interns and Co-ops are working to deliver.

P&G Pharmaceuticals Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Pharmaceutical Industry

The P&G Pharmaceuticals Fellowship is a one-year, experiential program based in Cincinnati, Ohio that is available to qualified Pharm.D. and/or Ph.D. graduates. The key program objective is to introduce the fellows to the integrated drug development process, including various medical, regulatory, marketing, and sales components. Researcher Interns are recruited from across the country and typically do 10-12 week assignments over the summer months.

Researcher Co-ops are typically local to the Greater Cincinnati area; however applications are accepted from all geographies. Most Co-ops complete multiple assignments while enrolled in college.

Both Interns and Co-ops typically receive full-time job offers based on their satisfactory performance and business need.

R&D Science Seminar

Intern and Co-op Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program majoring in a Science (Chemistry, Biology, etc), Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Technology or related discipline.
Returning to school following the Intern or Co-op assignment.
Sense of curiosity and innovation to develop new products which improve consumers' lives.
Strong attention to detail, problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
Co-op assignments require the ability to work a full-time work schedule, 40 hours per week and be enrolled with their school’s Cooperative Education department.
