- Working within our Coffee unit to perform aging studies
and tests to ensure product and packaging integrity.
- Laboratory, pilot plant and manufacturing scale design,
characterization of raw materials and working with suppliers.
- Perform full scale performance evaluations for products
using cost saving formulas as well as performing Analytical
assessments of these products.
- Ensure compound efficacy by performing tests on dry
skin to determine if models can predict efficacy.
- Material and Design work to develop innovative packaging
for new and or existing products.
- Design and carry out consumer research studies, establish
performance criteria and translate consumer feedback information
into new and/or improved product formulations.
- Work within our Snacks organization to develop a reporting
tool for the Asian market to assess seasoning components.
- Providing support for the health care, research and
husbandry, as well as socialization and enrichment activities
within the Pet Health & Nutrition Center program in
the Iams organization.
