You should have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership by envisioning, direction setting and enrolling others. You’re a whiz at thinking/problem solving; creativity and innovation; initiative and follow-through; communication; and priority setting. You’ll also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.
