Assistant Brand Manager

You will begin your career as an Assistant Brand Manager on a brand group. This group includes a Brand Manager and 2 to 3 Assistant Brand Managers. From the first day, you will be given immediate responsibility and be expected to build your part of the business as if it were your own. During the first 12 to 18 months, you will be responsible for developing a marketing plan to identify specific marketing tactics. You will use your plan to build on consumer, shopper and customer insights to deliver overall business objectives and strategies.
 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive the equity of P&G's brands, market share growth and make a significant contribution to the business results.
  • Build partnerships with our customers to drive growth for the business, customer, category and brand.
  • Create winning strategies to promote marketplace success today and tomorrow.
  • Build awareness and quality trial for our brands.
  • Coordinate the efforts of production, sales, advertising, promotion, R&D, market research, purchasing, distribution, package development and finance.

Academic Background

Requirements include degree, good academic standing if currently enrolled, and must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership by envisioning, direction setting and enrolling others.

Experience Level

There is no specific experience level required. However, a background in marketing, sales, or consumer goods is desired.
