We have recently become aware of an internet spam campaign claiming to be from Procter & Gamble UK. This fraudulent email from mailto:notice9000@hotmail.com suggests 'you stand a chance to win amazing prizes courtesy of London 2012 Olympic Games' and asks you to confirm the following details and reply to pgambleuk@yahoo.co.uk:

(2) Residential address -
(3) Telephone number -
(4) Date of Birth -
These email messages are NOT authorized by Procter & Gamble (P&G) and are not sent from us. Please be advised that you should NOT open the attachment or respond to the email. Please permanently delete the email immediately from your inbox.
