P&G Pakistan has been recognized as the ‘Fastest Rising Company’ of 2010 by Engage HR and the Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management (PSHRM) during this year’s “Best Place to Work” Awards. These awards are designed to identify organizations which have highly motivated and engaged employees. Over the last few months, PSHRM conducted this study amongst 20 local and international organizations in the country by interviewing employees across a broad range of topics and engagement factors.
P&G has been recognized as the organization that has shown the highest level of improvement in its employee engagement scores in comparison to previous years. This recognition was a testimony of P&G’s broad-based efforts aimed at building a strong organization to take the business forward. Key pillars behind this noteworthy recognition have been P&G’s specific emphasis on employee wellbeing and increasing interaction with university campuses to identify top talent, coupled with the Company’s efforts to develop and grow capability at all levels. Additionally, P&G was also recognized as one of the best Fast Moving Consumer Goods Companies to work for in the same study.
