Sometimes you really have to see things to believe them.
That's why Olay Total Effects held a SWAP Challenge on January 20, 2007, at the Megamall in Metro Manila, giving Filipinos everywhere a chance to try Olay for themselves and find out if it really does fight the seven signs of skin aging.
Thousands of mall-goers and select celebrities flocked to trade in their old moisturizers and receive a free bottle of Olay Total Effects.
"I really believe in preserving yourself, not letting the aging process overcome you prematurely. I do my share to stop it. I go to the gym, I watch what I eat and I use anti-aging cream on my face," said Agot Isidro, a well-known singer and one of the celebrities who attended the event.
"When I heard about Olay Total Effects, I got curious because a lot of women I know swear that their skin visibly improved after weeks of using it. So I am here now to see what Olay Total Effects can do for my skin — and if it really works better," she said, as she received her bottle of Olay moisturizer.
Other celebrity swappers present were Suzi Entrata, renowned actress Pinky Amador and dance diva Regine Tolentino.
"I already have my trusted brands, but I heard that Olay Total Effects really works in improving your skin after just a few weeks. So I'm here to test it and see if it really is effective," commented Pinky Amador.
Not only did these ladies receive a free bottle of Olay, they also received a crash course in how to improve their anti-aging skin-care regimen. With the breakthrough Beauty Imaging System (BIS), participants found out about their skin's real age and which of the seven signs of skin aging they needed to work on. From there, they moved on to free skin consultations with dermatologists to help tailor a skin-care program that will help their skin remain beautiful and young-looking. Free facial massages with Olay Total Effects were also offered to all participants, giving them a firsthand experience of the product before they even walked away.
From free products to expert beauty advice, the Olay SWAP Challenge gave hundreds of women a chance to turn back time with its globally loved beauty cream. Olay Total Effects will give them the gift of younger-looking skin in just a few weeks.
