Letter From Tim Penner, President, P&G Canada

For more than 90 years, Canadians have trusted our products to help make their everyday lives a little bit better.

Tim Penner

P&G Canada

Since 1915, Canadians have trusted our products to help make their everyday lives a little better. Our consumers' trust is the foundation of our success, and the reason that we've become Canada's leading consumer products company. P&G Canada blends the best research and development practises in the world with a deep understanding of the needs and desires of local markets. In this way, we truly "think globally and act locally." By doing so, we believe we can become the fastest-growing consumer products company in Canada. We will achieve this leadership position through innovation in everything we do: from innovative marketing programs that foster meaningful relationships with our consumers, to productive partnerships with retailers and leading workplace practises for our employees.

Our contribution to Canada, however, goes beyond our brands. From our long-term partnership with United Way, to our Junior Achievement volunteers in classrooms all over Canada, we continue to find ways to improve the quality of life in our communities.

What we offer at P&G is unique and special. Very simply, I want P&G to be the best place to work in Canada. We encourage personal growth since our future success depends so much on developing the leaders of tomorrow. In fact, I'm proud that we have been selected as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers multiple years in a row and Best Employers in Canada for several consecutive years.

When faced with difficult choices, our employees are asked to "do the right thing." That simple but profound principle has served us well for nearly a century, and will continue to serve us well for generations to come.

Thank you.
